- Students will be admitted only at the beginning of the school session which commences in the month of April. For admission to any class , formal entrance test will be conducted to understand their level of achievement .so that we can plan future teaching accordingly with the children in our school.
- No admission is complete, except the kindergarten until the school leaving certificate from the previous school is produced. Guardians are to fill in the admission form with the utmost accuracy.
- The name and date of birth of the child once entered in school records cannot be altered.
- Age limit for L.K.G admission is 3+ years.
- The transfer certificate of the student should be endorsed by the District Education Officer in which District his/ her previous school is located. The endorsement should specifically indicate whether it is recognized or not.
- In case parent/guardian wants to withdraw his/her ward from the school, he/she should send an application in the first week of February.
- School leaving certificate will be issued after a week after declaration of result subject to clearance of all dues of the school.
- Student, who in the opinion of the school authorities are habitually lazy or whose conduct is harmful to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with strict discipline are liable to be dismissed. In such matter the Principal’s decision will be final.
- Duplicate copy of school leaving certificate will be issued in genuine cases for which submission of affidavit from first class Magistrate is mandatory.
- In pursuance to the provision, rules & guidelines framed under the Right to Education Act (RTE), Sunflag School reserves admission of 25% of the seats for students belonging to the BPL family.
