Annual Report (Achievements Of 2023 - 2024)

 Societies that value excellence, innovation and integrity, do well. If we want India to be rich, we have to value excellence and honesty. This is where a reset, a re prioritization of something very core to society is required. This core is our values and excellence.  

In order to mould our children into complete individuals with well defined personality, character and confident and a sharp mind with healthy attitude, various scholastic and co- scholastic activities were planned and organized this year to expose the hidden talents of  the children through these activities and make them as all-rounders.

Academic Achievements

Our students have been giving outstanding results in academics.

  • Our school achieved 100% results in Grade X board examination 2017 – 18. Out of 106 students, 19 students scored above 90% and 23 students secured above 80% results. Mst. Prashant Choudhary, Ms. Shrutee Dahake & Mst. Omkar Bante were the first three toppers.
  • In Grade XII board examination, our school achieved 90% result. Ms. Preeti Harijan, Mst. Shivam Harijan & Ms. Anjali Baldia were the first three toppers.
  • In National Science Olympiad, 11 students secured gold medals, 8 students secured silver medals and 8 students secured bronze medals.
  • In International Mathematics Olympiad, 10 students secured gold medals, 9 students secured silver medals and 10 students secured bronze medals.
  • In National Cyber Olympiad, 5 students got gold medals, 3 students secured silver and 3 students got bronze medals.
  • In Silver zone   Hindi Olympiad, 8 students got gold medals, 6 students secured silver medals and 3 students got bronze medals. One of our students secured III rank  in state level.
  • In International Social Science Olympiad, 4 students secured gold medal, 2 students got silver medals and 1 student secured bronze medals.
  • Rural IT Quiz was organized by TCS Nagpur in which Mst. Ashutosh Singh & Mst. Sameer Barve of Grade XII secured II position and received cash award of Rs. 7000/-and gift vouchers.

Sports Achievements

It is well known saying that the strongest people aren’t always the people who win but the people who don’t give up when they lose. Winners don’t do different things, they do things differently.

Now, we proceed to the sports achievements of our beloved students.

  • In Vidarbha Level Table-Tennis Tournament , a few of our students performed well  and secured positions.
  • In state level foot ball tournament, the teams of  under14 & under 17 showed good effort .
  • Our students received gold, silver and bronze medals in district level Open Challenge Skating Competition conducted by Sankalp Dance & Skating Academy.
  • A karate self defense camp was organized by Nirbhaya Beti Suraksha Abhiyaan 2017 in which Ms. Riya Pardhi and Ms. Shikha Gurbani received certificates for their outstanding performance.
  • Bhandara district Table tennis Association conducted Table tennis competition in Bhandara in which our students participated and received tropies and medals.
  • DSO Bhandara organized Subroto Football Cup 2018 in which Under 14 & Under 17 category, our students won the final match and represented our school at district level at Wardha.
  • DSO Bhandara conducted Inter School Table Tennis Tournament in which Under 17 Girls team won the final match and were selected for district level.
  • In Inter School Basket Ball Tournament, Under 14,  Under 17 girls team & Under 17 Boys team added one more victory to the school.
  • In Handball competition, Under 14 boys won the final match.
  • Under 14 & Under 17 Girls team stood as runner up in hand ball competition.
  • In the district level Weight lifting competition, Mst. Vishal yamme of Grade XII won in the 80kg weight lifting category.
  • Taluka Level Athletics Championship was conducted by DSO Bhandara in which  our children proved themselves as shinning stars.
  • Under 14 girls, Under 14 Boys & Under 17 Boys teams  won the relay race.
  • Under 19 Shotput category, Mst. Vishal Yamme stood as winner.
  • Under 19 Discus throw, Mst. Vishal Yamme stood as runner up and qualified for district level.
  • In Hyper skating, Under 11 Girls category, Ms. Rutwa Dongre secured II position and Ms. Kanak Thote secured III position. In Under 11 Boys category,  Mst. Rishab Gupta secured I position and Mst. Kalash Marwade secured III position.
  • In Inline Skating, Under 11 Girls category, Ms. Aashi Ambolkar secured I position and Ms. Vedanti Nipane secured III position.
  • In Hyper Skating, Under 14 Girls category, Ms. Ankita Malik secured II position and boys category, Mst. Soham Kolhe secured III position.
  • In Inline Skating, Under 14 Boys category, Mst. Tanay Lende & Mst. Vibhanshu Peshane stood as I & II position respectively.
  •  In Hyper Skating, Under 17 Boys category, Mst. Pranab Gupta secured I position.
  • In Inline Skating, Under 17 Boys category, Mst. Aryan Thote received I position.
  • Ms. Aditi Bhajipale, Ms.Sweta  and Mst.Prathamesh Phulsunge won the taluka level karate competition and selected for district level.
  • DSO Bhandara conducted district level badminton   tournament in which  Under 17 girls won final match.
  • Under 14 boys and girls and Under 19 boys were participated in Hockey competition held at district level.
  • Under 17  girls won the final in the district level badminton tournament.
  • A team of boys and girls participated in CBSE cluster held in Mumbai in which Under 17 boys won the football match against Akola.
  • DSO Bhandara organized Divisional Level Karate Competition in which Mst.  Prathamesh  Phulsunge of Grade X secured II position in divisional level.
  • Achievements of Co-Curricular Activities
    “The principles of true art is not to portray, but to evoke”

    • In Sakaal  Drawing competition, Ms. Pranjali of Grade VIII secured first prize with cash award of Rs. 100/-, Ms. Snigdha Shingade of Grade VII received II position with cash award of Rs. 75/-, Mst. Bhagyesh Sathawane of Grade X  bagged II position and received cash award of Rs. 75/- and Ms. Supriya Chamat of Grade VII secured participation certificate.
    • International Lions Club conducted Mega Talent Competition on the topic ‘Kindness Matter’ in which our kids performed well and secured positions.
    • Sanskrit Subhashit Lekhan Spardha was held at  Bhandara in which some students received prizes.
    • The winners are :
    • Ms.Ishika katekhaye ,  Ms. Pravinya Hemne, Ms. Vidhi Tiwari,   Ms. Jigisha Dharaskar.

    •  Inter School Hindi debate competition was held on the topic “ Privatisation of Education” in which Ms. Riya Pardhi secured II prize and  Ms. Medha Chawla secured consolation.
    • The Girls Band Team added one more victory to our school. They participated in divisional level and selected for zonal level.
    • In district level, Youth Festival conducted various competitions  in which our students  secured I position in skit & song Competition and II position in guitar.
    • In Krantiveer Song competition, the team of singers secured I position and cash award.
    • In National Talent Search Drawing & Painting competition Ms. Moni Harijan of Grade VI secured II position and cash award of Rs. 4000/-.

    Other activities conducted during the session 2023-24

    • On the Eve of Vanmahotsav, The student councils and house captains along with principal planted saplings. The Eco club of our school organized a seminar in which Sai Bhakt Mitra Pariwar gave guidelines on environmental  protection to our students.
    • Eye check up was held by Government Hospital,  Bhandara.
    • A team of doctors of dental, gynaec, eye & general conducted medical check up to the students.
    • Cancer awareness program was conducted to bring awareness among teachers about various types of cancers.
    • Rubella vaccination was given to the students with the consent of their parents.
    • The health club of our school observed World Health Day in which the importance of health as well as blood donation was focused.
    • Rashtriya Bal Swasthya  Karyakram  (RBSK) conducted health check up to students and issued  health cards to them.
    • The Heritage club of our country observed World Heritage Day & National Integration Day  in which the importance of heritage & unity in diversity were emphasized.
    • Ekta Diwas was observed on the eve of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel birth anniversary in which students participated in ‘ Run for Unity”.
    •  On the eve of Rashtriya Shramik Samman Diwas, the employees of our school & ST were felicitated.
    • Our school visited Bapu Orphanage, Bhandara and distributed clothes, books and watches and conducted various  competitions like drawing  and Rangoli and cultural programmes.
    • Warthi railway station gate wall was inaugurated as “Neki Ki Diwar” where the students placed their unused items. The aim of this programme is to help the needy.
    • On account of Bhasha Sangam, the students spoke simple dialogues in various Indian languages to emphasize the importance of linguistic  diversity which is a unique feature of India.
    • On account of Swatchata Abhiyan, the  students from VI  to XII cleaned  their classroom  and  surroundings.  One group of teachers  cleaned  the Warthi railway  station and other group visited the Bhandara  bus stop  to clean the premises.
    • We have observed World population day, Kranti Diwas & UN day through speeches & skits.
    • Based on the principles of ‘Fun and Learn’ and ‘See and Learn’, the Pre primary students visited garden, river, farm, post office and railway station.
    • The School Founders Day, Gurupurnima, Sports day, Sanskrit day, Hindi Diwas, Janmashtami, Dussehra, Diwali, Parents Day, Grand Parents day, Eco friendly Ganesh idol sthapana, Childrens day, Independence day, Gandhiji & Lal Bahadur Shashtri Jayanti,Constitution day, Christmas, Gurunanak Jayanti, Teachers day, pola  were celebrated to inculcate the values and culture of India among the students.
    • Various Inter House competitions like dance, Rangoli, Diya decoration , Thali decoration, Poetry recitation, Collage, Mono action, , Memory game and so on….were conducted to our beloved students to make them all rounders.

    Summer Sports Coaching Camp in our school  during  summer vacation from  2nd May to 15th May, 2016  by our  Physical Education  teachers in which our students enthusiastically  participated in different  games. Expert Coaches in Basketball  and  Football were also invited to  guide our students to reach up to their potential.
